Amy was in the hospital for two days before the birth of Cameron. Labor had to be induced because she was suffering from toxemia and was having all kinds of problems, including swelling and high blood pressure. It was a long hard road for Amy but she was a trooper. She taught school until it ended the first week of June. She thinks it was all worth it when she saw the wonderful miracle of Cameron. I overslept the morning that she entered the hospital (can you believe that?) and just had to braid my hair and get there. The hospital where she gave birth is 30 miles away from Hazard.
